We need positive, reliable, experienced, quality and safety conscious Manufacturing Technician to:

•Install all Robotic software and firmware per requirements

•Complete all robotic manufacturing forms, routers, and inventory transactions.

•Understand department and quality requirements to ensure compliance.

•Follow Standard Operating Procedures

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

•Verify and test newly manufactured equipment and install new software revisions.

•Track robotic inventory and provide report to maintain proper inventory par levels.

•Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical issues.

•Complete appropriate documentation for services performed.

•Ensure appropriate objective evidence is collected and know when it is needed.

•Maintain a Lean style working environment.

The ideal Manufacturing Technician will have:

•Minimum of 2-year undergraduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

•Experience in soldering for Cable/Wire Harness Assemblies (preferred but not necessary)

•Experience in working with technical software uploads.

•Experience in regulated environments or similar ideally
