Mobile Mechanical Service Engineer

North London & North Home Counties

Permanent (40 hours per week, overtime available and there is also a call out rota)

NG Bailey Facilities Services are looking for a Mobile Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team that provides an exceptional high standard of building services provision on our projects in and around London.  You will be responsible for sites in North London and the Northern Home Counties (Enfield, Harlow, Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford)

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: 

  • Deliver Multi Skilled PPM relating primarily to Building Services Plant and Systems
  • Work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Cost, manage and complete Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with our client.

What we’re looking for

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or NVQ 3 and be able to undertake reactive repairs with minimal supervision.

 

You will also have a UK Driving License to be able to drive the provided company van
